Heinze (Ph. D. , University of Iowa), taught history at Concordia University and was later appointed tutor at Oak Hill College in north London. Now retired, Heinze is adjunct professor at Wheaton College and visiting scholar at Oak Hill. John D. Woodbridge is research professor of church history and the history of Christian thought at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. David F. Wright is professor of patristic and Reformed Christianity at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
